Recently I was looking at the WH&S legislation to make sure that certain definitions were clear and that anyone following this would have a clear idea as to clarify situations around health & psychological health.
It appears that safety is a much bigger issue perhaps because to make sure employees have a “safe” working environment it is more obvious.
However, it seems that there is some acceptance that a “safe” environment will automatically increase the “health” of workers.
Health is about freedom from disease.
To me such confusion of terms and acceptance of such as being implicitly understood could lead to undue legal action from employees.
