The Key to Changing Your Mindset

Following on from yesterday’s conversation…

Gaining power over your subconscious automatic actions and reactions is key to changing your mindset!

How can I do that?

Changing mindset from negative to a positive position can take effort/willpower, because your subconscious mind is so much more powerful than your conscious mind. It has tried to keep you safe from harm all your life, but generally runs from a negative default position.

For you to be powerful – which means being present/aware, you need to move to an above-the-line position.

How do you do that?

You re-train your body/mind to repair your physiology and mend your heart. Instead of feeding your heart negative food, you choose positive emotions.

Using standard mind-set techniques will take a lot of effort and willpower. What else can be done?

There is an easier way to empowerment.

You can change how you breathe!

Breathing correctly helps you become present and aware. This is your position of power. When you do that you gain conscious control over stress and how you respond to stressful situations.

People say: It can’t be that easy!
